CLITZ Terms of Service

These terms govern access to CLITZ. CLITZ is an adults-only digital platform for creator discovery, community, private booking requests, and other platform features approved by CLITZ operations.

Who May Use CLITZ

• You must be at least 18 years old to access or use CLITZ.
• You must use accurate account information and keep your access credentials private.
• CLITZ may restrict, suspend, or remove access at any time to protect the platform, its users, or the public.

Platform Rules

• CLITZ is not a payment processor and does not collect or process payments for user transactions through the public platform unless CLITZ explicitly adds that feature later.
• CLITZ does not act as an in-person facilitator or booking agent for offline arrangements between users.
• You may not post unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, abusive, or non-consensual material or requests.
• You may not copy, scrape, resell, or misuse creator profiles, messages, uploads, or platform data.

Content and Enforcement

• You keep rights to the content you submit, but you grant CLITZ the limited rights needed to host, review, moderate, and display that content inside the platform.
• CLITZ may remove content, disable features, or terminate accounts that violate platform rules, legal requirements, or safety standards.
